About Us

The General Representation of the Government of Flanders to the U.S. is located on the 44th floor of The New York Times Building and aims to be the gateway to Flanders, Belgium and the United States.

Our mission is to promote a better understanding of the region of Flanders, including its culture, history, government, research, education, and innovation.

The General Representation is your source for information on Flemish cultural activities in New York and the US, on educational and scientific exchange, on Flanders and on all the competences of its government.
